At KIT&BAK (a brand of YANA Holdings LLC), we utilize a streamlined Regional Distribution Hub model to deliver products directly from our suppliers to your door. This "Hub-to-Home" approach allows us to reduce carbon emissions and pass the savings on to you.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that we do not ship or deliver on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Estimates

  • United States: 7-10 business days.
  • International: 10-20 business days (varies by destination).
    Please note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs processing and carrier delays are outside of our control.

 

3. Shipping Rates

We offer free shipping internationally.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched from our hub, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

5. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. YANA Holdings LLC is not responsible for these charges; they are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Address Errors & Redirection

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We cannot redirect orders once they have left our hub. If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, it falls under our "Keep It" Resolution as detailed in our Refund Policy.
