Refund policy

 

To maintain our competitive pricing and minimize the environmental impact of unnecessary transit, KIT&BAK (a brand of YANA Holdings LLC) utilizes a network of Regional Distribution Hubs. By shipping directly from these domestic hubs to your door, we have eliminated the need for traditional retail warehouses and carbon-heavy return shipping.


Instead of physical returns, we offer our signature "Keep It" Resolution Program to ensure you are taken care of without the hassle of trip to the post office.


  1. Order Cancellations


Because our "Hub-to-Home" system processes orders immediately to ensure the fastest delivery possible, we can only accommodate cancellation requests made within 2 hours of purchase. Once this window has passed, the order has been dispatched to our regional hubs and falls under our standard "Keep It" Resolution Program.


2. Damaged or Defective Items


If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right immediately.

 

  • Our Action: We will ship a Free Replacement to you at zero cost.
  • Requirement: You must report the issue within 14 days of the delivery date (as recorded by the carrier tracking number).
  • Process: Please email contact@kitnbak.com with your order number and a clear photo or video of the damage. You do not need to return the damaged item.


3. The KIT&BAK Satisfaction Guarantee ("Not for Me »)


We want you to love what you ordered. If you are unhappy with your item for any other reason—such as size, color, or personal preference—we offer a Self-Service Resolution within 14 days of delivery:

 

  • Option A: Keep & Credit (Best Value)
    Keep the item and receive 100% Store Credit via a digital gift card. This allows you to try a different product in our shop immediately!
  • Option B: Keep & Partial Refund
    Keep the item and receive a 50% Refund to your original payment method. This helps cover your costs while allowing you to gift or donate the original item. Refund will be issued within 5 business days.


Policy Notes:


  • Timeframe: All claims must be submitted within 14 days of the carrier-verified delivery date.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable as they are paid to the carrier for the initial transit.
  • Final Sale: Once a "Keep It" resolution (Credit or Partial Refund) is processed, the transaction is considered final.
  • Abuse Prevention: To maintain this program for all customers, YANA Holdings LLC reserves the right to limit "Keep It" resolutions per household or require a physical return in cases of suspected fraud.
